Background

Interleasing Ltd. was founded on July 15, 1999, by the Open Joint-Stock Company “International Bank of Saint Petersburg” (IBSP). The leasing market in Russia developed at a fast pace, so soon several legal entities were arranged to make it possible to implement all transactions necessary for the company. Thus a group of leasing companies under a common brand “Interleasing” was established.

In 2005, due to the dynamic progress of the leasing company, it was necessary to involve new finance partners, and in this relation it was decided in October that OJSC IBSP would withdraw from the panel of founders. Despite the fact that currently there are only individuals among the company’s founders, OJSC IBSP remains a strategic partner of the Interleasing Group.

Ratings

The dynamic development and stable leading position of Interleasing Group are confirmed by ratings compiled by different market experts. Based on the results of year, having analyzed approximately 130 leasing companies, rating agencies assigned the following positions to Interleasing Group:

• According to "Finance" magazine and Rosleasing Interleasing Group takes the 11th place for the year 2008. Interleasing Group has borrowed following places of priority activities:
  
  - cars segment  9 place;
  - trucks segment  6 place;
  - road-building machinery segment  6 place.
• According to the research of Expert RA about the 2008 year the company takes the 14th place in Russia overall by the volume of new business. Interleasing Group has borrowed following places of priority activities:
  
  - cars segment  11 place;
  - trucks segment  9 place;
  - building machinery segmant 4 place;
  - road-building machinery segment  13 place.

Activities

Interleasing Group offers clients the service of leasing of all types of equipment. Both new and used machinery is allowed to be leased. Today the company implements all types of transactions, and you can conclude a leasing agreement ranging from 20 thousand to 20 million dollars.

Currently the company has priority activities, where special offers and operating schemes are developed. These are:

• car leasing;
• truck leasing;
• construction machinery leasing (including special-purpose construction and road machinery);
• production equipment leasing;

Moreover, the company offers both finance leasing and other types of leasing: operational leasing, reciprocal leasing as well as options for short-term rent of machinery (construction machinery and cranes).

Interleasing established business contacts with the leading foreign and domestic suppliers and manufacturers, many of which offer discounts and commercial credits, which makes leasing more attractive for all involved parties.
